Description:

Wage: From 2300€ gross/monthly. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with software development teams, APIs, cloud technologies, and system architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Working time overlap is important – and will be asked during the client interviews – ideally for the candidates to be available till 3 PM CST (10pm CET)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or cybersecurity principles.
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.
• Own the backlog grooming process, including user story creation, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless and user-friendly product experiences.
• Oversee and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that delivered solutions align with business needs, technical feasibility, and customer expectations.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement iterative improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
