DTEK Naftogaz is Ukraine's largest private gas production company, engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas, oil, and gas condensate.

Position Functional

  • Working with banks and credit organizations on the issue of obtaining, processing and supporting credit products;
  • Preparation of presentation materials for banks and investors;
  • Building financial models for short-term cash flow forecasting, taking into account credit constraints;
  • Organization and maintenance of the system of control and monitoring of credit covenants;
  • Analysis of credit documentation as part of attracting new financing;
  • Providing advice on financial agreements from the perspective of impact on financial covenants;
  • Organization of preparation and signing of credit-secured documentation (surety agreements, loans);
  • Organization of bank guarantees (tender guarantees, advance payment guarantees, guarantees to ensure the fulfillment of obligations under the contract);
  • Implementation of the dividend program;
  • Implementation of a currency risk hedging strategy;
  • Formation of the currency position and forecast of currency flows for the year;
  • Organization and support of currency swap and forward transactions;
  • Management of intra-group operational and financial debts (development of plans for closing overdue debts and their implementation, including concluding agreements, monitoring the timely repayment of current debts);
  • Providing answers to requests from external consultants and auditors;
  • Preparation of presentation material

Requirements

  • Higher economic/financial education
  • Experience in attracting credit financing;
  • Experience in supporting transactions with derivative financial instruments (swap, forward);
  • Experience in preparing PNL and FCF forecast reports
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint at the level of an experienced user
  • English - Intermediate +

REQUIRED SKILLS And KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience with SAP ERP
  • Experience in issuing and servicing Eurobonds
