Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager Ukraine

 Responsibilities: 

 To manage company's financial resources and regulations of financial relations that arise between business entities in market conditions with the aim of effective use of all types of resources in the process of sale of products and obtaining maximum profit.

1. Participate in the development of the company financial strategy and its financial stability.
2. To lead the work on the development of projects of prospective and current financial plans, to be responsible for forecasts of balances and cash budgets.
3. Monitor the implementation of the financial plan and budget, the plan for the sale of products, the plan for profit and other financial indicators, the correct expenditure of funds and the targeted use of working capital.
4. Prepare planning and forecasting reporting according to corporate standards and rules of the enterprise.
5. Prepare monthly corporate reporting package according to GAAP, in accordance with the approved corporate schedule for types of reports and reporting periods.
6. Ensure timely receipt of funds, payment of suppliers' and contractors' bills, payment of wages to employees, transfer of taxes and fees to state, etc.
7. Ensure and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual corporate control according to the standards developed at the enterprise based on the SOX control system.
8. Organize and control accounting in accordance with the uniform methodological principles established by the Law of Ukraine.
9. To participate in the preparation and submission of periodic reports, which require the signature of Accounting Manager, to higher-level bodies in accordance with regulatory acts, approved forms and instructions.

 Requirements: 

• higher economic education
• experience in accounting / finance for at least 5 years
• very good knowledge of accounting and management reporting systems: HFM, SAP
• fluency in Excel
• strong hands-on approach in daily work
• ability for establishing financial plans, forecasting balances and cash budgets, profit plans, etc.;
• knowledge of accounting regulations (standards) and other normative legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine regarding the procedure for keeping accounting records and forming financial statements.
• knowledge of Tax legislation of Ukraine.
• good knowledge of English and Ukrainian language (Polish will be advantage)
