Timebase is a managerial accounting and time-tracking platform designed to help organizations enhance operational efficiency, improve team accountability, and drive data-informed decision-making. The platform enables seamless time logging, real-time monitoring, and detailed reporting for both project-based and operational environments. Currently, Timebase is actively used world-wide by over 1,500 users across Civitta’s internal teams and 30+ external clients, with a growing presence in the legal, consulting, technology, and service-oriented sectors. It brings together core functionality—such as time tracking, invoicing support, user activity insights, and customizable reporting—within a unified and user-friendly interface. This empowers teams to optimize resource allocation, ensure transparency, and streamline billing processes. The platform is particularly valuable in contexts where accurate time tracking has a direct impact on project planning, client invoicing, or performance evaluation.


You will:

  • Contribute to a product that is central to how teams across Europe operate and deliver value to clients;
  • Translate real-world operational challenges into scalable, intuitive digital solutions;
  • Shape and execute the product strategy alongside a team of experienced engineers, designers, and analysts;
  • Ensure rigorous quality control and quality assurance practices are embedded across the development lifecycle—ensuring each release meets performance, usability, and security expectations;
  • Oversee the maintenance and ongoing support roadmap, ensuring system stability, uptime, and quick resolution of user-reported issues;
  • Help Timebase evolve into a leading platform for time-based analytics and operational intelligence, grounded in continuous improvement, user satisfaction, and product reliability.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar role;
  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders, including support and delivery teams;
  • Experience in SaaS product environments or internal tooling platforms;
  • Exposure to invoicing systems and customer support processes;
  • Fluent level of English language;
  • Prior work with finances or data analysis is a plus;
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management/productivity platforms;
  • Experience conducting user acceptance testing and working with UX/UI teams;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions;
  • Basic knowledge of system architecture (servers, databases) and performance monitoring tools;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, business stakeholders, and customers;
  • Comfortable leading demos, presenting updates, and producing high-quality documentation;
  • Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing work based on business value and user feedback;
  • Strong leadership and people management skills;
  • Proactive and organized, with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
