• Організація та управління командою підтримки клієнтів
• Контроль виконання завдань, моніторинг ефективності
• Підготовка звітності, участь у MPR/QBR
• Проведення зустрічей, коучинг, адаптація нових співробітників
• Впровадження змін, оптимізація процесів
• Співпраця з міжнародними командами

• Вища освіта (магістр/спеціаліст)
• 3+ роки досвіду у сфері підтримки клієнтів або операційного управління
• Лідерські та аналітичні навички
• Вільне володіння українською, англійська — не нижче B1
• Впевнене користування сучасними ІТ-інструментами
