Формат роботи: Гібридна модель — 3 дні в офісі Schneider Electric, 2 дні з дому
Тип зайнятості: Повна зайнятість, офіційне працевлаштування

Забезпечення високоякісної підтримки клієнтів шляхом оперативного реагування на звернення, обробки замовлень і рекламацій, а також ефективної взаємодії з внутрішніми підрозділами компанії.

• Прийом і реєстрація звернень клієнтів (електронна пошта, додатки, телефон)
• Надсилання логістичної інформації, підготовка комерційних пропозицій
• Створення замовлень, виставлення рахунків, обробка рекламацій
• Надання фінансової інформації, інформування про статус замовлень
• Взаємодія з логістикою, відділом якості та іншими підрозділами
• Аналіз проблем у замовленнях, пропозиції щодо покращення процесів
• Ведення внутрішньої комунікації, робота з документацією

Професійні навички:

• Вміння слухати клієнта, аналізувати запити
• Навички ділового листування та телефонного спілкування
• Комунікабельність, ввічливість, стресостійкість
• Знання Microsoft Office, бажано — досвід роботи з SAP, bFO, CTI

Мовні вимоги:

• Вільне володіння українською мовою
• Знання англійської буде перевагою
