Instructor for DQ EVO (Fixed-Wing Type UAV)

The company’s (NDA) product is a cutting-edge operating system for autonomous computing that empowers a diverse range of autonomous robots to perform high-risk to mundane tasks, deliver goods, and aid in life-saving missions. Our industry-leading software drives the adoption of robotic fleets and is recognized by tFor he U.S. government as the future standard for its drone program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of operational documentation and training materials.
• Verification of completeness, operability, and availability of necessary equipment and consumables.
• Preparation for training flights, including mission planning, weather assessment, and equipment maintenance.
• Conducting training activities in accordance with the approved training program.
• Coordination of the trainee’s training process throughout the entire training stage.
• Planning routes and performing flights together with the trainees.
• Organizing and overseeing the full cycle of a training flight.
• Performing pre-flight and post-flight inspections of UAV/UAS.
• Evaluating the performance of each trainee.

Candidate Expectations:

• Experience working with UAVs in roles such as operator, pilot, or technician.
• Basic knowledge of aviation meteorology.
• Understanding of the principles and procedures of UAV pre-flight checks.
• Knowledge of how to monitor UAV parameters during flight and respond to abnormal situations.
• Basic public speaking skills or experience in training delivery.
• Ability to make balanced decisions and act effectively under extreme conditions.
• Willingness to travel for work.
• A category B driver’s license is a must.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• Experience in aeromodelling or similar hobbies.
• Experience working in volunteer training schools.
