Who are we looking for? 

• You have an degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology.
• You have at least 2 years of experience within R&D in the food sector. 
• You have Innovation capabilities, general knowledge in ingredients functionality and basic knowledge in food processing and quality 
• You are critical thinking and problem solving. 
• You have strong communication skills and can build a good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
•  You are fluent in English. 
• You are willing to travel (10%).

Key Accountabilities: 

• Accelerate the implementation of Fillings & Decors solutions for Industry and Semi-Industry by mastering the industrial processes  
• Ensure knowledge building, documentation and exchange technical & scientific knowhow in the field, between relevant stakeholders in order 
• Create and develop together with the Marketing Team, Sales Team and Finance Team the strategy of the category 
• Optimize the product range on performance and cost 
• Train the local business development teams on products and technologies
• Follow-up the designated Large Accounts by ensuring technical support, reviewing the account plan, following the main projects and visiting them
