Reservation Agent

Main responsibilities:

• Performs reservations for individuals and groups;
• Keep all reservations in a systematic order for easy referral, monitor all invoices are paid;
• Operate with organizational technique, answer the telephones according to standards;
• Attracts new companies for further cooperation;
• Uses up-selling technique;
• Monitor the implementation of internal applications received from different departments and from visitors;
• Offer referral for services and handle requests for information.

Main requirements are:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, politeness is a must;
• Fluency in English (is the must), Ukrainian (excellent level of knowledge both written and verbal);
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Word);
• Knowledge of PMS Opera is an advantage;
• High speed of work, ability to work in a team and learn quickly.

Working conditions:

• International hotel chain working experience;
• Full day job with 11 hours working day schedule 2/2 from 08:00 to 20:00;
• Meals at staff restaurant and uniform provided by the hotel;
• Positive working atmosphere;
• Hotel location: Poshtova Ploshcha metro station.
