Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support senior leadership in a global environment while enhancing project management exposure. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, using independent judgment and discretion. You will also play a key role in identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small-scale projects and support delivery of key initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
• Independently manage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Support end-to-end execution of programs and projects.
  
  
  

Key Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing vendors.
• Experience with data management, analysis, and visualization.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across functions and organizational levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible working style, including collaboration across different time zones.
