- Develop your telecom expertise in diverse portfolio of BICS products, including Voice, Cloud, Signaling, LTE, IoT, etc.
- Enjoy unmatched growth opportunities with BICS vast network and customers around the world.
Responsibilities
- Promote and position Proximus Global as a leading international provider of Voice and Cloud Number services worldwide.
- Manage relationships with customers within the assigned voice portfolio and optimize profitability across both selling and buying activities.
- Monitor customer traffic on a daily basis, including win-back actions, promotions, and related commercial activities.
- Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Negotiate termination rates with partners and customers to maintain competitive cost structures for outbound voice traffic.
- Coordinate activities aimed at maximizing traffic volumes while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor traffic volumes daily to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, including AIT, illegal termination, and other traffic irregularities.
- Participate in and coordinate fraud investigations together with customers and suppliers within the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure proper implementation of commercial agreements within Proximus Global’s operational framework and support effective cooperation with internal teams.
- Coordinate financial, technical, legal, and administrative topics related to the customer portfolio, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, contracts, and operational matters.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and contribute to the continued growth of the voice business.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations.
- Hands-on experience in international wholesale voice business, including voice routing, termination, pricing, and traffic management.
- Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications market.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with international customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel abroad several times per year for conferences and business meetings.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong commercial aptitude and business acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
- Team player with the ability to manage a large portfolio of customers.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
