Position Title: On-Site Supervisor (Cleaning & Maintenance Services)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: 6 Mykoly Pymonenka St., Kyiv, Ukraine

Requirements: The Candidate shall have at minimum:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or hospitality operations
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and team-coordination skills
  • Knowledge of safety practices
  • Ability to maintain discipline and ensure quality standards
  • Experience managing keys/access control is preferred

Duties: The candidate must:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with America House staff
  • Supervise all cleaning and maintenance personnel on-site
  • Prepare daily and weekly work schedules and ensure all tasks are completed
  • Conduct regular quality-control inspections and correct deficiencies
  • Coordinate work that requires noise, dust, or interruptions (48-hour notification)
  • Ensure staff follow all safety procedures, including PPE and "Wet Floor" signage
  • Maintain key control, ensuring no unauthorized duplication and reporting losses
  • Ensure uniforms, behavior, and conduct meet Embassy standards
  • Submit personnel lists, schedules, and monthly performance documentation
