Requirements: The Candidate shall have at minimum:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or hospitality operations
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and team-coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety practices
- Ability to maintain discipline and ensure quality standards
- Experience managing keys/access control is preferred
- Serve as the primary point of contact with America House staff
- Supervise all cleaning and maintenance personnel on-site
- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules and ensure all tasks are completed
- Conduct regular quality-control inspections and correct deficiencies
- Coordinate work that requires noise, dust, or interruptions (48-hour notification)
- Ensure staff follow all safety procedures, including PPE and "Wet Floor" signage
- Maintain key control, ensuring no unauthorized duplication and reporting losses
- Ensure uniforms, behavior, and conduct meet Embassy standards
- Submit personnel lists, schedules, and monthly performance documentation
