We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer (WEB/Admin). Quality is not a final check for us — it's embedded in every stage of how we build. Our live-streaming platform serves hundreds of thousands of monthly active users across Tier-1 markets, and the web and admin layer is mission-critical infrastructure that touches everything: from payment flows and A/B experiments to real-time features that users interact with daily. You'll join a mature QA function — a team of 13+ QA specialists across platforms and backend — and work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and tech leads to catch issues early, own your feature areas end-to-end, and raise the bar for what "release-ready" actually means.

In this role, you will

  • Own manual testing of web and Admin panel end-to-end as a QA feature owner
  • Run smoke, sanity, and regression testing cycles for WEB/Admin applications
  • Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, bug reports, checklists
  • Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies and SDLC activities — refinements, decomposition, estimations
  • Conduct A/B testing and validate experiment setups and results
  • Investigate, reproduce, and report bugs with clear prioritization and full reproducibility


It's all about you

  • 2+ years of experience in WEB and backend manual testing
  • Hands-on experience with API testing and tools like Postman and Swagger
  • Experience working with any relational or non-relational database
  • Confident understanding of Scrum processes and SDLC
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • English at B1 level or higher


Would be a plus

  • Experience with MongoDB Compass (querying, data manipulation)
  • Marketing or analytics testing background
  • Familiarity with proxy debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler, or similar)
  • Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools
