What You Will Be Doing

• Review and interpret student performance data to generate clear, actionable academic reports that enable timely interventions
• Take full accountability for academic outcomes within your assigned student cohort, including placement decisions, testing strategy, and follow-through
• Facilitate targeted academic recovery sessions that uncover root issues and eliminate learning obstacles on the spot
• Lead post-assessment coaching meetings to distinguish true knowledge deficits from execution errors and prescribe focused follow-up actions
• Partner with academic leadership and parent support teams to flag emerging risks and refine operational tools or workflows

Education Data Analyst Key Responsibilities

Provide precise, timely academic analysis and direct student interventions that produce measurable acceleration in learning outcomes for your designated student groups.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a coaching, instructional, or training capacity with documented results or feedback
• Minimum 1 year of sustained, hands-on work with K–8 students (sporadic tutoring does not meet this threshold)
• Proven background in data science, education, EdTech, or student support roles that integrate analytical and interpersonal responsibilities
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Ukrainian and English
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charting
• High emotional intelligence and the capacity to establish trust rapidly with students and parents
• Documented use of AI to analyze data or automate workflows with quantifiable efficiency improvements

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
