We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders. The Senior Recruiter will drive recruitment strategies, improve hiring processes, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process through completion.
- Lead intake meetings and provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Promote the company's employer brand through positive candidate engagement and market representation.
- Build relationships with external recruitment partners and industry networks when required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.
Required
- At least 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house, agency-side, or a combination of both.
- At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong professional network.
- Proven experience recruiting for professional, technical, corporate, and leadership roles.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor experience is an advantage) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluency in English and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in a high-growth, international, or matrixed organization.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and geographies.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
- HR or talent acquisition certification.
