The company imports cars and spare parts to Ukraine, sells products of the Group's brands and provides warranty and service services through an authorised dealer network in accordance with international Volkswagen standards.

Brief Role Description

As a Team assistance, you are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of an organization or department. You play a key role in managing administrative tasks, promoting communication, and coordinating processes to enable smooth operations.

Work Format

  • Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension for an additional 3 months).
  • Schedule: flexible, compatible with studies.
  • Location: 1V Pavla Tychyna Ave., Kyiv.

Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Provide administrative support to the Director’s Assistant (assisting with document management, preparing correspondence, organizing files).
  • Assist in organizing business trips (bookings, preparation of necessary materials, coordination of basic details).
  • Support the procurement and tracking of office supplies.
  • Perform basic written and verbal translations under supervision.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, informational materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the maintenance and organization of documentation in accordance with established standards.
  • Participate in internal company projects as a member of the intern/assistant team.
  • Carry out day-to-day tasks assigned by the Director’s Assistant and management.
  • Coordination and administrative support for the HR department.

Qualification requirements

  • Student or graduate in Linguistics or Economics.
  • English/German proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Personal qualities: high level of responsibility and efficiency, strong communication skills, and good organizational and analytical abilities.
