Head of Pneumatics Department

An international company specializing in the sale of industrial equipment is announcing an opening for the position of Head (Manager) of the Pneumatics Department.
- Establish and manage the pneumatics department from scratch (initially supervising one manager directly)
- Develop and implement plans to achieve financial targets
- Project-based sales – identifying, supporting, and implementing projects
- Design and calculation of pneumatic systems along with relevant documentation
- Communication with international suppliers
- Evaluation of managers' performance
- Organizing the sales of components and related services
- Higher technical education
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial position
- Advanced English level (C1) is mandatory
- Previous experience with Ukrainian offices of: Festo, Camozzi, SMC, Parker, Bosch Rexroth
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
- Official employment and social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine
- Work schedule: Mon–Thu from 9:00 to 18:00, Fri from 9:00 to 17:00
