Senior Atlassian Platform Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Platform Administrator to support the migration of Jira and Confluence environments to Atlassian Cloud, enhancing scalability, resilience, and long-term support. This role is part of a broader initiative to review and improve our operating model and operational efficiency.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Take part in the assessment and planning phases for the migration of Jira and Confluence to Atlassian Cloud
• Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure a smooth transition
• Develop and implement migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the migrated systems, making adjustments as necessary to optimize functionality
• Document processes, configurations and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any concerns during the migration process

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Atlassian Platform Administrator
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and best practices
• Background in cloud migration projects, particularly with Atlassian Cloud, demonstrating a solid grasp of migration strategies and challenges
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks to effectively support team collaboration and project execution
• Strong analytical skills to assess current systems and identify areas for improvement during the migration process
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate complex technical environments and stakeholder requirements
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
