HR Partner

We're looking for an HR Partner to join our team in a hybrid role based in Kyiv. In this role, you'll partner closely with managers and employees to support key HR processes and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate and support the performance evaluation process, including goal setting and assessment sessions.
• Collaborate with managers to identify employee training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Take ownership of employee onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
• Administer the employee benefits package.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
• Support initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in both multinational companies (Big4, FMCG, etc.) and the IT sector.
• Experience independently supporting a team of 80+ employees as an HR partner.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
• Experience working with competency-based interview methodologies, and/or developing and implementing competency frameworks.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and the MS Office suite.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
