Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-load, mobile-first React SPA within a micro-frontend architecture
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to translate product and technical needs into shipped features
• Drive your features from development to production (shift-left): validate your changes on staging and pre-prod, run automated tests, and release them autonomously
• Proactively lead improvements and tuning of existing solutions
• Share expertise and knowledge with your teammates through reviews and pairing
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript, including a minimum of 2 years working in a product company / product-focused environment
• At least 5 years of commercial experience with React (hooks)
• Strong experience with state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit and Zustand
• Hands-on experience with build tooling — Webpack and/or Vite
• Strong knowledge of modern CSS, semantic HTML and SASS/SCSS
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
  
  
  

AI-Enabled Software Development:

• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in day-to-day software development
• Ability to break down engineering goals into clear, well-scoped tasks for AI agents
• Ability to provide effective context, constraints, acceptance criteria, and validation steps
• Strong awareness of the risks and limitations of AI-generated software
• Ability to distinguish where AI can accelerate delivery and where human judgment is essential
• Interest in exploring and improving agentic development workflows
• Willingness to share effective workflows and lessons learned across the engineering team
  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with micro-frontend architecture (Module Federation)
• Experience building and optimizing high-load / high-traffic applications
• Experience writing automated tests with Playwright
