The Role

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible to coordinate import and export processes and the logistics for study supplies deliveries to/from country, in accordance with ICH GCP, ICON SOPs and applicable local regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders and performs booking of products in Warehouse Management System;
• Physically handles incoming/outgoing shipments and returns;
• Tracks shipments until delivery;
• Communicates information in a timely manner to relevant teams/clients;
• Maintains logistics and study related records;
• Provides reports to management;
• Participates in inventory counts;
  
  

Main Requirements For Candidates

• Higher education;
• English– upper intermediate;
• Good command of MS Excel;
• Experience in logistics or customer service – desirable;
• 1C Warehouse Management System knowledge - would be a plus
